UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and similar laws give you rights over your personal data. This page explains how to use them with GracyWoods Games.

Signed-in users

In-app export and deletion are rolling out. Until then, email us here from the address on your account and we will verify your identity.

Email or offline requests

Email us here with the subject line “Privacy request”. Include the email on your account and what you need (access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection). We respond within 30 days.

What we need to verify you

Match the email address registered on your MAVAMADE / Cognito account.
For sensitive requests, we may ask you to sign in or confirm a code sent to that email.
Parents or guardians may request on behalf of a child (include your relationship and the child’s account email).
